The Bar

etching, aquatint, dry point (1921)
On the terrace of this small bar, in the foreground, a disreputable couple is having an aperitif. On the right another consumer. On the left a small apple seller. Behind him two other characters. In the last shot, inside, which can be seen through the window, the barman is standing next to his percolator: he is preparing drinks.
